The government will pass a new law which extends the progressive taxation not only on salaries, but all kinds of income.
The government is currently using progressive tax only for salaries. Rents and copyrights are taxes with 15%.
This will change, and with the new scheme all revenues will be united in a single base, on which they will implement the progressive tax 0-13%, or 23%, depending on the income level.
