The former Minister of Energy, Dritan Prifti, continues to be present at
the Court and Prosecution, but this time not for denouncing other
scandals, such as corruption in mining permits or oil traffic.

The MP Dritan Prifti has addressed to the Supreme Court by suing the High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets regarding an administrative decision that this institution has released one year ago.

The MP Dritan Prifti asked the Supreme Court to cancel the 300.000 ALL fine that was given for conflicts of interest, without any investigation of the inspectorate for the decision that the former Minister took for promoting a citizen as member of the Supervisory Council of the OST. HIDAA says that this promotion was made in a time when the former minister had conflicts of interest, but MP Prifti pretends in his file that such a conflict doesn’t exist.

This matter was filed one year ago by Prifti at the Court of Tirana with the same object, but he First Degree Court delegated it to the Supreme Court for competence issues.
