For this reason he appealed the Prosecution for a responsible investigations for preserving the parameters of the state.

“There is an illegal surveillance equipment today, and this goes against the Constitution. I appeal the Prosecution to protect the dignity of the state and security. I appeal them to investigate which customs authority allowed the entrance of this equipment in Albania”, Nishani said.

The President gave these declarations during a meeting with the association of former political prisoners, on the 25th anniversary of foundation.

The President valued their resistance against the dictatorship and guaranteed that he will not allow a half-done law for opening the communist files.
