The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, met with the Turkish Minister of Environment and Urbanization, Murat Kurum.
President Meta expressed his deep gratitude for the immediate assistance that the Turkish government is offering Albania to recover from the devastating earthquake of November 26th, 2019.
The head of the Albanian State thanked the Minister for the engagement of Turkey and President Erdogan to build 500 homes for the earthquake victims.
Meta underlined the importance of cooperating with Turkey in order to improve the capacities of civilian emergencies in Albania.
