President Meta: Albania’s saving of Jews in WWII, a model for every country

The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, declared that the help that Albanian citizens gave to the Jewish population should serve as inspiration to the entire world.

The President made this declaration after meeting with Benjamin Neumann and his wife, Ellie, who have written a book for the Albanian BESA, and how Albanians saved Jews during WWII.
