The Albanian President, Bamir Topi, appealed for dialogue between parties.
The President was visiting the town of Pogradec when he expressed his optimism that dialogue would start soon. He underlined that due to the international community, the political climate will improve.
“Politics should not remain hostage of the past, because it leaves no way to the future”, Topi declared.
The President asked the Parliament to vote for the empty seats in institutions.
During his visit in Bucimas, the President met local leaders and residents.
