President decrees Special Prosecution Against Corruption

The President of Albania, Bujar Nishani, decreed the law for the
organization and functionality of the new institutions against
corruption and organized crime, known as “SPAC” (Special Prosecution
Against Corruption).
The news was announced by the President’s press office.
The law in question was approved early this month by the majority and opposition, as part of the Justice Reform.
