The Director of CEZ Distribution, says that the power supply is
guaranteed, but there have been cuts in the recent days due to the
overload, abuses by consumers and damaged company assets.
“One of the main causes is the overload and the increased abuse. Also, many cabins have had their transmission lines stolen. We are continuing with the reports, and filing a criminal case”, declared Ari Luarasi, Director of the Engineering Department.
Based on the situation, the company says that they are conducting a campaign for eliminating defects and punishing abusers.
“We have identified 100 cases of abuse, and we are currently working with the files that will be sent to the prosecution. We will sue 100 clients and 10 employees who have abused”, Luarasi declared.
CEZ say that the lines are frequently damaged by construction works of different companies.
