Political adversaries but collaborators in crime, men elected for DP and SP stole land in Lezha

The city of Lezha was a strong battle between Socialists and Democrats. The Democrats won the elections of 2015 with Fran Frrokaj, against Arben Ndoka of the Socialist Party.
After the local elections, the uncle of former MP Ndoka, Gjon Ndoka, was appointed head of the Lezhe District. Both Fran Frrokaj and Gjon Ndoka are arrested for stealing state property land by the seaside.
This took place at a time when they were political adversaries, but they have been working together for this abusive scheme.
On March 2017, the Socialists collected votes to remove Ndoka, who went to the SMI.
Ndoka is seen with Ilir Meta, then elected President, meeting with the Rraboshta reeve, member of the SMI.
In Tirana, the Democratic Party leader Lulzim Basha couldn’t defend his man but left him to justice.
“We hope that Frrokaj is innocent. Everyone must be equal before the law. We want a transparent and unbiased investigation. Albanians deserve clean, professional justice, not affected by the selective political agenda of one political side against the other”, Basha declared.
