Police suspicions on private police cooperation in banks

For the first two bank robberies, police suspected that private police officers have collaborated with criminals.

The alarm was given six months ago by the Public Order Director at the State Police, Gjovalin Loka, during a meeting with the private security sector in the country.

“One of the police officers at the ‘Train Station Robbery’ appeared problematic. We cannot keep in our ranks people with problems. These people are prone to have ties with crime and you cannot trust them such services. Our criteria are that five people should accompany the money. There were five people and yet the money was stolen”, said Gjovalin Loka on December.

Loka spoke about a criminal contingent in these structures. It seems that this was not enough to prevent the huge theft at the Rinas airport.
