More than 200 police forces have been part of a nation-wide operation
for finding Klemend Balili, starting from Saranda, Gjirkaster and
Delvina.
Police searched his house in the Stjar village, but his brother says Balili is in Tirana, and even said there is no arrest order for his brother.
Civilian agents are watching places where Balili could hide, but this is not the first time police tries to catch him. By the end of October he escaped near the Qafe Gjashta.
The Prosecution of Serious Crimes has filed two serious criminal cases against the former Transportation Director of Saranda, for international drug traffic.
