Yesterday 60 people, 58 students and two teachers were poisoned with a still unknown substance at the “Janaq Kilica” gymnasium in Fier. Today the local police announced that two 15-year-olds have been criminally prosecuted for the incident.
In a statement the police said that as a result of the use of a gas-spray in the school’s indoor facilities, some students developed respiratory distress and received first aid at the Fier Regional Hospital. “In conclusion of the investigative actions it was found that the gas spray was used by 2 students of this school, namely A.M., 15 years old and A.H., 15 years old, who were prosecuted for the offenses ‘Air Polluting” and “Breaking Public Order”, said the statement without giving further details.
