“One of my relatives told me that he had found me a job. I had to wrap
the marijuana packages and help loading them on the airplane”.

This is the declaration of Kleviol Ahemtaj, from Lushnje, the fourth person arrested for the fallen airplane issue in Divjaka. Three of his peer friends from the same city are still on the run.

The boy admitted that he had cooperated with Sajmir Bajrami, from Kruja, whom he had met in a Divjaka bar, who, according to Bajrami, is a relative of Bajrami and a chief of police. Ahmetaj declared that this person guaranteed their safety from the police.

According to the Prosecution, Ahmetaj has found three other friends to wrap the marijuana packages. The person has even accompanied the young boys at the Divjaka beach, where they have placed three flags as signs for the airplane. While the airplane was stack in the sand, the first one to leave the scene was the man who presented himself as a chief of police.

The lawyer of the young witness, Vjollca Pustaina, declared that her client has received the status of justice collaborator, but the court left him in prison until trial.

“I demanded a softer measure since he has collaborated, but the court decided to keep him in trial”, Pustina declared.

After discovering 11 different finger prints on the drug package, the Police started looking for five young men from Lushnje. But this evidence puts in question the declaration of Sajmir Bajrami, who said that he had bought the drug in Fushe Kruje.

While Bajrami and Riformato are waiting the Court of Appeal’s decision in prison, Aurel Pupe and Ahmetaj have already appeared in court, but the measure didn’t change.
