The Durres Police has summoned 15 people for interrogation, as eye
witnesses in the murder of Arben Tolliaj in Xhafzotaj, Durres.

Police sources say that the motive might be retaliation, and the circle of suspects might be very wide, because Tollia was sentenced to 12 years in prison for abusing hundreds of women.

Police say that one of the victims might be the reason of his execution. Witnesses say that the murder was carried out by two people, who had previously watched his moves.

Witnesses say their vehicle had been parked for hours in front of his apartment, and only their description might lead the police to a possible suspect.

Tollia is suspected of having abused even during the time he was in prison, when he took permits to visit his mother in Xhafzotaj. Tollia was arrested in 2006 and the Court of Serious Crimes sentenced him to 12 years in prison.

During the trial, it was proven that Tollia lied to women by pretending to be a construction businessman and that he would give them apartments in Tirana for free. He made photos during intercourse and threatened to give them to their relatives.
