Dijar Xhema, 29, born in Mitrovica, Kosovo, has terrorized and tried to
kidnap three citizens in various locations of the city, within two
hours.
Xhema followed his actions by shouting “I was sent by Allah. I will kill you all”.
Police has been able to arrest the suspect and prevent other dangers to the public, while the citizen has resisted the arrest.
Police searched his car and found narcotics, while Kosovo police information suggest that Xhema has criminal records and is known as a person with criminal precedents for murder, kidnapping, violence, resisting to police and illegal arm possession.
