Pogradec Mayor says municipality cannot handle floods alone

The flood situation in Pogradec is serious, and the municipality is
unable to handle it alone. The Mayor of Pogradec, Eduart Kapri, asked the
government to help managing the situation. He says that the flood has
created manyu problems.
“The situation is serious. We are working to make it normal. The lack of intervention from the drainage board and blocked canalization systems have brought serious consequences”, Capri said.
The Mayor said that the Abrashi family, whose house was destroyed by the Verdova river, hgave not received any help.
