The Korce Police has arrested the Pogradec Judge, Dhimiter Pojanaku, accused of corruption.
Official sources say that Pojanaku has been arrested after accepting 500.000 ALL for not starting a trial against a defendant.
Same sources say that Pojanaku has been arrested in the act, and in this case there is no need for an approval from the High Council of Justice.
The Korce police is working for a full investigation of the case.
