The Prosecution of Pogradec is investigating for trial the Chief
Inspector of the National Inspectorate of Territory Protection (IKMT),
Dallendyshe Bici and another official of this institution, Fatmir meta.

The investigations started after the report of an Udenisht resident in Pogradec, who accused them for an illegal demolition of his 450 square meter cafe near the Ochrid Lake.

He reported two the two IKMT inspectors, claiming they demolished his building although he had obtained full documentation, but he had not been made part of the public expropriation scheme.

Based on the investigations, the Pogradec Prosecution has been able to prove that the building had the construction permit and the inspectors have not shown to the owner any administrative document.

The building has a 60 million ALL value and the owner has used it as collateral for a 18 million ALL loan. The Pogradec Prosecution decided that the IKMT inspectors have committed power abuse.
