A citizen has shot with firearm in the road Tushemisht-Pogradec against the house of the actor Mevlan Shanaj.
According to latest information, the attacker shot after a dispute of one night ago over a construction site at the beach area.
Police identified the 41-year-old Adrian Hoxhallari as the shooter, who has been arrested for illegal possession of fire arms, for threats and for disturbing public order.
