The Albanian PM, Edi Rama, declared from Divjaka that no one will be
left without a higher education, but the new system makes room for the
best first.
“The system must serve to the best, and I am happy that after 25 years, we turned this into the system that serves to the best students and that their ranking is only up to them, not to anyone else”, Rama said.
The PM said that the second round will be a liberation for the high-school graduates who didn’t win in the first round.
The Minister of Education, Lindita Nikolla, said that the high-school reform will make a lighter study load for students and will let them be oriented only to the subjects they prefer.
