PM Rama: “No amnesty for tax evasion”

Prime Minister Rama invited Italian businessmen to explore the
opportunities of direct investments in Albania and the cooperation with
Albanian businesses.
PM Rama met with young Italian industrialists to create a suitable business climate, and said that the government is determined in reforming the judiciary system and fight informality.
The Prime Minister warned there will be no amnesty for evaders, but he invited businesses to regulate before theya re facing the law.
For the Prime Minister, this would put businesses in a transparency relation with the state, a request that was made by Italian businessmen.
“We often repeat to governing institutions that we need infrastructure, legality, transparency, fewer bureaucracy and fewer taxes”, said Marco Gabriele Gay, President of the new businessmen of Confindustria.
