A few weeks ago, Singapore recognized the independence of Kosovo. PM
Rama expressed his gratitude for this act to his counterpart, Lee Hsien
Loong, while attending an official visit, which focused on increasing
bilateral cooperation.
“It was a pleasure to hear the Prime Minister’s interest on the reforms we are doing in Albania. We also discussed about the region. Singapore recognized Kosovo a few days ago, and this is a very important step for Kosovo, a step that gets us even closer”, Rama declared.
Rama praised Singapore as a development model, based on the huge transformation made in the past 50 years.
“We discussed about fiscal administration, since Singapore has a huge knowledge and an model infrastructure for public order and fiscal administration”, Rama said.
Both Prime Ministers discussed about the industrial potentials Albania offers in energy, oil, minerals and tourism.
