The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, met with the leader of the main
ally party, Parliament Speaker Ilir Meta, one day after both of them
spoke about running alone for the next elections.

Before this meeting, Meta received at his office the Minister of Environment, Lefter Koka, who has strongly criticized the Mayor of Durres and the Police in general.

There is still no information about the current meeting, but it comes one day after Meta declared that if the SP would have 71 votes, the SMI would be in opposition now.

Edi Rama responded the same day, saying that the SP, with PJIU and NDS would have made a government without Ilir Meta in 2013, but they joined for having more solid reforms.
