PM Rama: “E-card for government car fuel consumption saves 9 mln EUR”

The Ministry of Interior presented a project for equipping state-owned
vehicles with e-cards that will be used for fuel consumption.

The purpose of this project is to remove abuses with fuel receipts.

PM Rama, present in the ceremony organized by the Minister of Interior, said that the government will extend this technology in all other institutions, where there are 9 million EUR of fuel abuses each year.

The project will be tested in January with 150 cars at first, and then with all vehicles of the Ministry of Interior.
