After the accusations of the leader of the Democratic Party Lulzim Basha for abuses with the incinerator of Elbasan, the Prime Minister Edi Rama has published a video where he claims to show the leader of the Democratic Party has lied.
The leader of the opposition PD, Basha accused: “Citizens should not pay a single penny more for the cleaning tax. Tirana would have had underground containers.
