Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke today at the “Fratelli d’Italia” ruling party congress in Italy, where he defended immigration policies, in front of Italian officials including Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, British Prime Minister Sunak or billionaire Elon Musk.

Among other things, PM Rama said: I am sure about the immigrant agreement, it is not unconstitutional. I believe a disproportionate amount of noise has been made about the history of this deal, which is only natural. No one should be surprised or scared when we make agreements of mutual understanding and benefit.”

Rama also spoke about the latest decision of the Constitutional Court on the Meloni-Rama Agreement.

“The Albanian Constitutional Court has fulfilled its duty, as according to the Constitution it is automatic to suspend an agreement in order to consider it before ratification by the Parliament. This is proof that I do not control the courts in Albania”, Rama added.

Meanwhile Elon Musk called on Italians and other industrialized countries to “have children, otherwise the culture of Italy, Japan and France will disappear”.

“We risk not having these countries anymore. Italy certainly has borders, but it was made by Italians, by people”, he underlined.

“Immigration” cannot solve the decline of the “demography” of industrialized countries”, underlines Musk while mentioning that “China which will lose 40% of its population”.
