The Party for Justice, Integration and Unity, which focuses on defending
the Cham Case, the government diplomacy is not the only way to speak
up. Idrizi also wants to involve the Parliament.
“We have undertaken a Parliamentary step for creating a special commission for the Cham case, with historians, testimonies and documented materials”, Idrizi said.
The PJIU wants to establish the commission to create a third document about the Cham case.
The Chams also will not give up from their request for reciprocity as regards the respecting of WWII victims.
“We want Cham Albanians to be treated with dignity. Greek soldiers who died in our territory cannot be more important than the Albanians of Chameria, partisans and other children, women and senior citizens who were slaughtered by the person Greece built a monument for, and that wants us to see it differently now”, he said.
