PJIU, Idrizi: “Happy that EU recognized us, but Cham issue has not been resolved”

The leader of the Party for Justice, Integrity and Unity, Shpetim
Idrizi, said that his party has voters from all over Albania, and
sectarian behavior should be abandoned.

He said there are Parliament Members who find joy when Athens gives messages that the party of Chams should not be part of the government.

“People were surprised when they heard about Chams in northern Albania. They needed local elections to find out there are Chams in Dibra and other areas. But you can stop feeling concerned, because they are not Chams. They are Albanians. Same as there are voters for the Socialists, Democrats and the SMI, there are also for the PJIU all over Albania. I want to thank those patriots who understood that the national matter is not a property of public manipulators, but it belongs to the voters. Giva up primitive sectarian behavior and don’t jump of joy when Athens sends messages that the PJIU should not be part of the government, or that the Parliament Vice Speaker is a fascist, because it would mean now that even the EU and Commissioner Hahn are fascists”, Idrizi declared.

“I am happy that we have been recognized, but the Cham case has not received a solution yet. We are happy that we brought a huge awareness with our energies. We have many difficult days ahead, for convincing our neighbors to face the truth”, Idrizi declared.
