Phone line to offer public information regarding institutional services

30% to 60% of citizens stay in queues in government office just to
receive information, not a specific service. Now they will have a
national number available, which will inform them for 400 out of 1400
services offered by the state.

“118 00″ is the number that every person can call today to make simple questions, such as the documents needed for a specific service, where to get that service and how much does it cost”, said that the Minister of Innovation, Milena Harito.

The Minister said that this call center will be available to citizens from Monday to Saturday, from 19:00 to 21:00. Top Channel called the number to see if it works.

The operators offer information about the services of 10 institutions, starting from the Real Estate Registration Office and to the National Center of Business Registration.
