Pharmacists must retire. New order brings reactions

Pharmacists say they are revolted about new amends of their Order, which
says that pharmacists who don’t own their own business must retire
after the retirement age. This law affects many pharmacists and causes
them to leave their job.
“It is not reasonable. Everyone can continue with his profession since the rules and laws of Albania are being implemented. There is no limit in outer EU countries”, declared pharmacist Fatos Kadesha.
Many pharmacists are against this, but they refuse to get on the camera. Some of the have addressed a written complaint to the Health Minister. National Council of the Order of Pharmacists will be asked to review the order after it will be scrutinized.
