The citizens who are protesting and demanding the resignation of the
Bank of Albania Governor, Ardian Fullani, moved to the Albanian
Parliament Headquarters to continue their protest.
The citizens started signing a petition through which they asked the MPs to discharge the Governor. This is the content of the petition:
“We demand an urgent meeting of the Parliament in an extraordinary session for discharging Governor Fullani, as the person who is responsible with his actions and his failur to act, for the theft of the Albanian Treasury. He cannot keep his post, since he refused to resign, for guaranteeing minimal trust from the public”.
The petition will be signed in the upcoming days and will be sent to the Albanian President, who hasn’t declared anything yet about the biggest theft ever made at the Bank of Albania.
