Aylan Kurdi was the three-year-old that was found dead in the Turkish
shore and that made European leaders to pay more attention to this
painful exodus.

“We needed 70 dead in a truck, a dead child in the beach to wake up. 120.000 immigrants will be received by September 17th. Italy and Greece will open their doors for 32.000 persons. But this is not enough. Some countries like Spain, Austria and Poland must change their stances”, declared Marlo Morcone, Chief of Department for Civilian Freedoms and Integration in Italy.

Wars, unemployment and poverty in many countries of the Middle East make thousands of parents and their children leave homes and face death. This has made Europe reflect not only for facing the asylum requests, but also for the biggest crisis of Europe.

“Europe must change strategy. We have huge inequality between people and countries. The politics of Europe is contradictory. They fight protectionist measures from one side, on the other they facilitate the injection of their products in the southern market. And on the other side they want to limit the circulation rights. The world is a huge boat. Everyone will live or everyone will die on that boat”, says Slahedine Jourchi.

Albania is a positive example of migration. Hundreds of thousands of Albania left their countries to Italy and Greece, and today they support the economy not only in the countries where they live, but also in Albania.
