The majority announced that they filed the request for changing the
functionality of the territorial reform commission, three months after
the opposition refused to become part of it.
The request will be reviewed next Monday in the Conference of Chairmen, to start the new territorial division procedure.
The request will enable the reform commission to gather and decide what earlier needed the votes of the opposition, who also had the right to veto.
After the opposition left the room, the majority approved the law for sea vessels, which aims to increase their discipline on the sea by adding GPS trackers.
In this session the Parliament also postponed with one year the term of passports that were mistakenly given to children with a 10 year term, while the term given by law is 5 years.
With this deadline, the law amend extends their validity with another year, to give more time to authorities and citizens to change them.
