The Parliament of Albania voted to not allow the Prosecution arrest Saimir Tahiri.

The majority voted with 75 votes in favor to allow the Prosecution search his residence, but not to arrest him.

Saimir Tahiri did not participate in the voting, but he declared that he would welcome any kind of vote.

The leader of the Socialist Movement for Integration, Monika Kryemadhi, declared that she voted in favor of Tahiri’s arrest. She accused the majority of being unable to detach themselves from crimes, and of allowing gangs to continue their activity.
