Parliament Speaker, Ilir Meta thanked the Chairman of the Justice Reform
Commission and all the participants that made possible the
constitutional amends. Then he appealed everyone to find consensus for
passing the next seven laws, and he illustrated this cooperation with an
example:
“We must work for the Justice Reform and other laws that consolidate our rule of law and democracy, offering more safety for the next generations. We must cooperate, like Knut Fleckenstein and Eduard Kukan, both from two opposite political groups, cooperate together for a greater benefit. We must work like them”, he declared.
Meta thanked PM Rama, as initiator of this reform, and the opposition leader, who, according to Meta, made good efforts to stay on the right track.
