The majority needed a few minutes to reject the presidential decree for
the Armed Forces, which had the argument that by removing these
competences from the President and giving them to the Prime Minister,
there was a violation of the Constitution.
The Socialists do not accept this stance. “No constitutional competence of the president is violated in this law. We invite you to reject the president’s decree”, declared MP Pirro Lutaj.
The majority seems to have found the balances between itself, because the government has agreed with the request of the SMI to not dissolve the National Guard, but simply to change its name.
The Chairman of the Commission for Security, Spartak Braho, confirmed that there have been improvements even in the Chapter of the National Investigation Bureau, for which there were disagreements.
One of those who opposed this was Mr.Braho, but his one has changed now.
“You have given another tone to some voice raises that I do in the commission, but things get resolved and raise voice is for good intentions”, Braho declared.
