Parliament passed factic budget for 2016

The Albanian Parliament voted the draft law for the factic budget of 2014, with 75 votes in favor and none against.

The opposition and the government had strongc debates and accusations against each other.

The Parliament also passed the draft law for creating and putting in function the National Council for Civil Society, and the draft law for the treatment of properties and its compensation.

The voting for the audiovisual media was postponed.
