The law structure for defending Albanians abroad is even more complete with the new law, which enables the Albanian Fund for Diaspora Development, which passed this Thursday at the Albanian Parliament.
The mission of this law is to secure and distribute financial means, as part of the social, economic and cultural development program, based on strategies determined as priority for the Diaspora, but also within Albania, by promoting, encouraging and orienting the philanthropic tendencies and investments of the Diaspora, in support of Albania’s development.
The task of the Albanian Fund for the Diaspora Development is to plan, manage, fund, implement and supervise projects related to this mission. This organism, supported by this law, will help to create the Diaspora Business Chamber.
