Today’s Parliament agenda started with a speech from the Minister of
Finances, Arben Ahmetaj. He criticized the program presented by the
Democratic Party for economy. Ahmetaj said this program turned us back
to the abyss of 2012-2013.
“All cuts they claim to make will take the public debt to 80% of the GDP within one year. The administrator of the opposition is returning us back to the abyss of 2012-2013”, Ahmetaj said.
As for the return of the flat tax, Ahmetaj said that it would take 100 million USD from the Albanian pockets.
“It will turn us to the years 2012-2013, when the notorious flat tax stole 100 million USD from Albanian citizens”, he said.
