After alone in desks as it is now compulsory in Albanian schools, after finishing lessons students leave the educational institutions and join the outside social life without obstacles, as if covid-19 did not exist.
In front of the schools, the cafes are full, the anti-covid measures are not implemented anywhere, while in the buildings with a large number of students, teaching takes place in halved time hours.
In this situation, the community of parents of pre-university education in Tirana has addressed a public complaint to the Minister of Education and Health saying they find that the constitutional right to quality education is being violated, as they demand that all students carry out the curriculum in full 45 minutes classes.
