Paloka: “We are negotiating. SP refused ‘aplication form’ from FBI”

The Democratic Party leader, Edi Paloka, declared that the majority and
the opposition are still negotiating to reach a joint agreement about
the sub-legal acts of the decriminalization law.

“The negotiations would not be necessary since the application form in question has arrived from the FBI. The SP refused to adopt this application form and the sub-legal acts, but they tried to include articles that could save criminals who are already there in Parliament and in the administration”, Paloka declared.

He said that by the end of the negotiations, the DP will return in Parliament although the sub-legal acts should have been approved.

“The sub-legal acts for decriminalization were an obligation of this Parliament and today was the last day”, Paloka said, adding that the opposition has three other requests.

“What happened last week, with an MP arrested for wounding someone, appeared in Parliament and forced us to demand an amend that bans all officials who are caught in the act of committing crimes until the court expresses an order. The other request is related to the December 2014th agreement. We are on the same situation when the majority violates the Constitution and the Constitutional Court. A few days ago this Court published the explanatory arguments for the Kokedhima case, an MP who received public funds and whose mandate is received. The same goes for Mrs.Valentina Leskaj and Mr.Rakip Suli, who have profited funds through children. While we were waiting for the court verdict to be implemented for Kokedhima, the Council of Mandates decided the contrary”, Paloka said.
