Paloka says the Prime Minister went to the end of his affair, although it had been public reported by the Democratic Party on September 11th, and the public opinion was informed that the winner was already chosen.
“The winner is Rama’s older business friend, Carapuli, as we had warned. This is a clear case of corruption with the direct involvement of Edi Rama”, Paloka declared.
Paloka says that another bid with 740 million ALL less was disqualified to make way for Rama’s friend.
