Paloka: Rama glorifies Hoxha’s figure

The chairman of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group
leader, Edi Paloka, said today that Prime Minister Edi Rama encouraged social
conflict by honoring the figure of Enver Hoxha and his communist followers who
killed and persecuted thousands of people, removed the basic human rights and
brought poverty for 45 years”.

“Rama organized a state activity with the photos of Enver
and Nexhmije in Peza, this time with a more aggressive act, by placing them in
a place of honor. This is even worse when such manifestations are made with the
money and taxes of the Albanian citizens”, Paloka declared.

The Democratic Party condemns this “ugly and criminal”
policy of Edi Rama, which, “from year to year is glorifying and restoring the worst
dictator of the east, making it now part of the protocol”.

“Tjos os the act of a failed Prime Minister, now despised by
the entire society, tries desperately to keep the support of a bunch of
communists. We ask Edi Rama to stop these provocations with the dictator, whose
regime has made thousands of Albanians pay with their blood”, Paloka declared.

He warned that if he continues to glorify Enver Hoxha with
arrogance and force, the citizens will give him the answer he deserves, the
same answer that, according to Paloka, has received their idol.
