Palasa murder could have been avoided

Palasa tragedy could have been avoided if the institution that diagnozed
Jorgo Zani with mental illness would have respected the legislation.

The current law foresees that these patients are removed of the ability to act and should be confined in appropriate institutions.

Tirana Court Judge, Gert Hoxha, said for Top Channel that they have issued several orders of this nature in the past for preventing this kind of tragedy.

Zani killed yesterday his 12-year-old nephew because of his mental illness
