New Kosovo Alliance Party leader, Behgjet Pacolli, fully accepted the verdict that the Constitutional Court announced today.
The news was given by Pacolli’s adviser, Ibrahim Gashi, who also confirmed Pacolli’s candidacy for President.
“Considering that the Presidential Election procedure will be held again, we announce that Mr. Pacolli is our coalition’s candidate, since the Constitutional’s Court verdict states that he hasn’t infringed any law”, Gashi declared.
He also declared that Kosovo’s Parliament is the only competent institution that can undertake the further measures that will resolve the situation.
