House to house searches in Lazarat are bringing high quantities of cannabis hidden by cultivators.
Police has discovered a water deposit filled with 2.43 tons of cannabis.
The narcotics found in the deposit will be burned.
The house had a hidden basement with 383 kilograms of cannabis stuffed in nine plastic barrels.
The basement had been created for letting the cannabis dry and for hiding it.
The owner of the house is on the run for producing and selling narcotics.
The officers also found two gambling machines at his house, for which they opened another accusation.
