The Electricity Power Distribution System Operator (OSSHEE) is investing
17 million USD in the Shkoder area, focusing on the Bushati substation.
OSHEE administrator, Adrian Cela, visited Shkoder today where he inspected the new premises of the Client Service.
Cela said that by reducing losses, the company budget has increased with 4 billion ALL, compared to 2013 and 2014, dropping losses with 64% from 2013.
Complaints for overcharged bills were only 0.3% of the total complaints in 2016.
