Audrey Glover, the Chief Observer of OSCE-ODIHR in Tirana, has monitored
the voting process at the Hasan Prishtina school, in the Albanian
capital. She said that everything is calm, but they should wait for the
reports of all voting centers before having a final word.
“We are observing the voting process. We will speak more tomorrow, in our press release”, Glover declared.
The British Chief Observer added that they are waiting for the reports from all voting centers.
“We are waiting the reports for possible problems. I have observed only two centers”, she declared.
