OSCE/ODIHR published the final report for the June 21st elections,
noting progress compared to the previous processes and underlining
irregularities and family voting, same as in the past elections.
“The freedom of vote was respected in general, despite the fact that the politicization of institutions undermined an efficient administration of the electoral process. The voting day went on positively, although there were cases of voting in groups and other procedural irregularities”, the report says.
The report adds that the main political parties used the power on institutions for their own interests, by undermining an effective administration of the process.
