The coalition of the opposition decided today to organize civilian
conventions throughout the country to prepare for the next parliamentary
elections.
The opposition said through a press release that these conventions are led by the most renowned representatives of communities, to guarantee a free and fair electoral process.
The opposition’s coalition also underlined that the decision was taken by the popular meeting of February 18th, which says that only a technical government can implement the decriminalization process, engage in the war against drugs, crime and illegal criminal money, and guarantee conditions for free and fair elections, according to the announcement.
The coalition says they are determined to not allow a legal process manipulated by the crime in power and rug money, but they will continue the battle for free and fair elections, as a vital interest of all Albanians.
